Yet another possible tangent, but falling under the category of "the panel icon
is not he expected color," we have this report from an early access user:

> Using the Phase 1 early access stuff, the NWAM notification icon is
> orange even though NWAM is successfully using the Automatic profile and
> Automatic location. It is connected to my WiFi network and has a DHCP
> address. I'm not sure what it's trying to tell me by being orange.
> Should it be green?

and then a follow-up:

> I just figured out that it starts out as green, but
> turns orange when I punchin. When I punchout, it doesn't go back to
> green but stays stuck at orange. Shouldn't the GUI tell you what's
> wrong when it's not green?

punching in involves, among other things, the plumbing of a tunnel link (which
nwam simply ignores) and the activation of a manual location; the tunnel is
torn down and the location deactivated on punchout.

I'm not sure if it is preferable for reports like this to be broken out into
separate bugs, or if it's better to have one "revisit icon color logic"
umbrella bug...feel free to reorganize as you see fit!
