I'm not happy htat the fix in place in RC4 matches the the 1.12 GUI spec.
The spec indicates that the rename button should be active for a committed VPN,
if user selects rename a popup should appear indicating that
"Cannot rename ?$APPLICATION?
VPN applications can only be renamed immediately after
they have been created."
On RC4, in VPN the rename button is greyed out. It should be active.
For VPN's user can edit the application name field in the text dialog box for a
committed VPN, but when user selects return, a dialog pops up
indicating
"The name of a committed object cannt be changed"
The rename actions under the locations GUI (nwam-manager-properties -l) works
as specified in the GUI.
Reopening this bug to address the VPN actions.
