The Automatic NCP should bring up both bge0 and bge1 and configure DHCP on both
of them. Don't know why only one of them is coming up. Please provide the
nwamd debug logs and also the Automatic NCP configuration
(/etc/nwam/ncp-Automatic.conf).
I also tried to mirror your exact steps and all NCUs come up on the second
enabling of the Automatic NCP. Again, the debug logs here will give us some
idea about what's going on.
