I can't reproduce this either, but I'd guess the reason only bge0 comes up for
the Automatic NCP initially is that bge1 isn't plugged in (nwamadm list -x
would confirm this). It almost seems like nwamd thinks the User location (with
no NCUs) is still active when the Automatic NCP is reactivated - note the
uninitialized state of bge0/1. Weird...
