I'm not clear for this design. So assign to Calum to take a look first.
Spec 1.13 P31 define how to show a nsswitch file of a loc, but note that if
multiple name servers are selected on the GUI last time user did, Gui didn't
implicitly change the nsswitch file setting. For example, when a loc only has
DNS, and user choose NIS DHCP, set default domain and click OK, nsswitch file
is still nsswitch.dns. So the next time we show that loc, we shouldn't change
that file no matter how many name servers are chosen.
If we implement it like that, we mostly have to change nsswitch file on the
editing time. Calum, can you confirm that?
