I make the summary:

If 1 NS is selected, we show active 'default' and original nsswitch file
initially (showing 'Location Properties' dialog. If user click 'default',
nsswitch file will change to <none>;

if >1 NS are selected, we disable 'default'. If nsswitch file is <none> on
clicking OK, we show error dialog to tell user must select a nsswitch file.

Calum, thoughts?

If there is a way to know if the user already use the default nsswitch file,
then we can show <none> initially. Is the /etc/nwam/loc/<loc
name>/nsswitch.conf the default one?
