Thank you for the review.  I'm going to wait until Anurag says I won't
make his job any worse :)

I still have a mmap()d set of pages disappearing every once in a
while.  I originally though they might be related to a door_call() but
that isn't happening/it.  I do see some strangeness with pthread stacks
and getauthattr()/lmalloc().
