Well, to be honest, Manchester (and the North West) has seen a large increase in ruby jobs, and this is a good thing. So, it's likely that more and more recruiting companies and recruiters will want to engage with the community. Also a good thing. Some will spam. And this is a near perfect example, and others will not spam - WEHAY.
It should be easier for people to find roles, and for companies to recruit. NWRUG can play a part in that, and perhaps even benefit from sponsorship of events as well as helping members find new roles in the region. As well as booze, perhaps we could even afford to bring in speakers from outside the region with more sponsorship. WEHAY.
