Look forward to meeting you Ryan. Ultimately, we're all learning
something :)

Seems to be a convention on LRUG of prefixing a recruitment related
post with [JOBS] (Though on a quick scan through my LRUG folder I see
[JOB] also occurs.) So, that'd be filterable outable if people would
like to do so.

Perhaps that would be a reasonable thing to adopt/refer to in our
FAQ/About? Probably plenty of other aspects that could in there too :)
Happy to help if needs be.

Thanks Ben, i definitely feel out on a limb from the perspective of
jumping to Rails (alone) and recruiting someone, ill get my self over to
some meetups and embarrass myself with RoR knowledge :-) (either NWrug
or Shrug).

I’m not anti-using agents, but coming from a dev background and been a
Yorkshire lad I feel I should be able to find someone myself - I really
want to see RoR boom up here, and it seems to me to be a great time.

In all honesty i'm not sure what to suggest; we could start by geeking
out and writing stories for the forum (but i fear too many cooks!).
Ultimately perhaps this is the wrong place for Agents and companies
looking to recruit - should there be a NWRUG-Jobs?
