I wish you folks who say the Orinoco cards suck would check out
the Orinoco web site for latest drivers and flash instructions before
you spout off. I have an Orinoco Silver card that I purchased from
Tiger Direct for $49.95 last month. I use with both my Windows
ME and Linux Toshiba laptops and the performance is superior
to the 801.11b cards from Linksys and D-Link that I have used.

If you need to get the latest upgrades, go to the Orinoco website
at www.orinocowireless.com . Find the "Download Software" link
and then check out "Client Software" and you'll find everything you
need to make these cards work on Windows 95/98/2000 XP,
Linux, Apple, etc.

I have yet to find another manufacturer that provides the level
of driver support that you can find on the Orinoco.
