If the intent on SBs part realy is to cause 'harmful interference' the FCC may
have a thing or two to say about it. May have a hard time proving intent. The
FCC realy needs to apoint frequency coordinators, or ask ARRL to do it. Isnt the
internet an Emergency Communications device? I like where that thought leads...


Maybe the free wireless group needs to hold seminars on building your own yagis
and microwave amplifiers, then you could sit as close as you wanted to the SB
and still get your internet.

Putting up a big free internet ch8/www.nycwireless.net sign on a building near
an AP would get the relevant info across to anyone who needed it.


Once SB realises they cant make money on thier AP they'll give it up soon
enough.
