Do we think that all NYC Wireless nodes should use the
same channel so we can establish prior residence in
unlicensed but regulate frequency? Sounds pretty hokey
to me. Since it's of dubious value we should stick to
using the best channel for a given location. Any other
thoughts on the legal merit of establishing residence
on a particular channel?

There is a theory which states that if ever anyone discovers
exactly what the Universe is for and why it is here, it will
instantly disappear and be replaced by something even more bizarre
and inexplicable. There is another theory which states that this
has already happened.
