Try to be short so as not to overly swamp anyone. To import into my app,
I can use sqlldr to handle a flat file. XML is overkilled for the
purpose of importing data into Oracle, but I can get my app to produce
data in XML to you.

Privacy issue is an issue that is addressed in the schema
design as part of the business logic. When you get a chance, please let
me konw. We can talk off list to see current design is sufficient. And if
it is not, we will find a way to work together to work it out for the
communities.

Bon
P.S. Sorry if my view of standard for my students has been somehow
translated to something personal, which is not intended. I apologize if
this happens.
