Cisco used to have a base station (the cheap and very limited version of the access points) with a modem, AIR BSM-342 I believe. But I'm not sure they sold that many or that it was really cheap either. No luck on eBay, and amazon says $363 and discontinued :-(
Otherwise the Apple Airport also does it (I believe it's actually the same box as the RG1000, but more expensive, and with only MacOS management software?). All the others I know of are either pure APs or AP/router combinations with Ethernet, or in some rare cases ADSL, USB or other interfaces for high-speed WAN access. Good luck! Jacques.
