Hello minitrue,

Personally if they put up an AP that helps you out one day then the
favour is repaid, so rather then a money changing hands, perhaps keep
doing what you guys are doing, setting up more AP's that cover more
area...

That way no one can claim reselling, or instituted payments etc etc...
