Let me rephrase the question.  I'm looking for an
Acess Point, like the actual Hardware AP from Dlink or
Linksys..., that has a url forwarding feature. 
Basically I'm looking to do what nocat does, but built
into the Wireless Access Point.  So a hardware based
solution not at software based one.
