You'll need to look at the Colubris or the Orinoco AP-2500. We've installed several of the Colubris for out hot-spots, and that's exactly what it does - redirects the browser to our https login server to authenticate the user - whether they're our customer, Boingo's or Airpath's. They all go through our system. Now we don't actually authenticate Boingo or Airpath, it just gets pushed off to their system, and we're only a pass through (except for the $$$ piece).

Let me rephrase the question. I'm looking for an Acess Point, like the actual Hardware AP from Dlink or Linksys..., that has a url forwarding feature. Basically I'm looking to do what nocat does, but built into the Wireless Access Point. So a hardware based solution not at software based one.
