Re: two wrt54g routers I'm trying to use the OpenWRT system as a model for free wireless networking in my community. I live in the southern Bay Area of California (South of San Jose). I joined this group to try and leverage off the information you have, and hopefully I can contribute to your effort as well.
I'm looking for some help configuring my OpenWRT system. I have about 15 already configured and operating, but the guy that helped me set them up recently had some health issues, and now I'm kind of operating on a wink and a prayer. On a positive note, I have created documentation on how to create an Open WRT system that even I can understand (very monkey see monkey do format). If anyone wants that, I'd be happy to share it. Now once OpenWRT is on the system, all I can do is basically set the simple network settings, SSID name, etc... I need to get help with OpenVPN, NoCatSplash, WDS, WiFiDog and monitoring the network nodes as well. I know that alot of folks are very busy, so if you are a consultant, and do this for a living, I'd like to hear from you too - So much of my time is being consumed right now, it may be worth it for me to solve some of these problems.
