Something about BSD TCP/IP protocol stack springs to mind?

Detractors say not written by microsoft but bought from another  
firm... Who implemented BSD TCP/IP protocol stack for them...

This could always of course be rubbish, Microsoft invented Toilet  
Paper after all...
