Hello Don,

Yesterday I finally got myself organised and Egressive has now released
its Terms and Conditions under the terms of the Creative Commons license
for other free/open source software focused businesses to review and
adapt as they see fit.

Let me know if that offers you the sort of terms you're looking for.

You'll notice that we've made it available in ODF's document template
format (which can be read by numerous open source packages, links
provided if you don't have one), and we'd be most grateful if people did
not distribute the document or its future variations in proprietary
formats, as we believe that's in conflict with its purpose for existing
in the first place.

Cheers,

Dave
