Hi all, I'll find a link or similar and post it here re: legality of sending/not sending an invoice. As I understand it there is no requirement to physically move an invoice from one place to another in the legal requirements and putting it online is acceptable but I'll find you a reference for it.
As for sending an email containing the PDF, the short answer is no we're not doing that but we are considering it. I for one would strongly recommend we do offer that service but as the service hasn't even launched yet the team are waiting to see what the response is like before making any changes. I can understand that. As for bulk printing, I personally would VERY MUCH like to see that (and not just from us) because as has been pointed out, the mass print off come tax time is vexing to put it mildly. I'll feed that back to the team as well.
