Hi Sid, not sure I understand where you pay us for the TXT. If we send
you a TXT you don't pay for it... The TXT will include your due
amount/date.

Or have I misunderstood your point?

I'll take your suggestion as another +1 for the emailing of PDFs.

And if you want a longer/even more off the PHP topic discussion on
Vodafone, feel free to email me directly or post something on the forum
(http://forum.vodafone.co.nz) where such things are more on topic. I'm
happy to answer questions here, though, so long as nobody minds.

Cheers

Paul

Hi Paul,

I guess there are few/many issues around VF customer service in the
last few while. But I'm not going to go with my own rant. I've been a
loyal VF customer since 10 years ago, but I'm getting disappointed
with the current trend. Anyway ...

Back to the off topic, if we pay you by sending you a SMS that says
you have to login to a website and click and stuffs for every invoice,
you wouldn't like that would you?

It's about courtesy to people you have the privilege of doing business
with.

I think sending an email invoice with PDF is acceptable these days
because you don't have to do extra work. It is really like sending
invoice by post without the paper. But sending SMS and requiring
people to do extra work to pay their bill IS NOT acceptable.

Is it too difficult for VF to develop an invoicing system that sends
email with PDF attached?

Just my 2c

Sid
