I was embarrassed having recommended VF to our overseas guests to buy a VF prepay card when the survey form didn't work and we're told to pay $1 to get an explanation.
As if I wasn't already embarrassed by the high mobile charge in NZ! Surely VF can waive $1 to someone who just purchased their prepay card for $35???? It is not that impressive.
