I was embarrassed having recommended VF to our overseas guests to buy
a VF prepay card when the survey form didn't work and we're told to
pay $1 to get an explanation.

As if I wasn't already embarrassed by the high mobile charge in NZ!

Surely VF can waive $1 to someone who just purchased their prepay card
for $35????

It is not that impressive.
