I'm reasonably happy with the way this has been progressing.  Dianne
informed me that things on the myvodafone system are currently being
worked on and that pdf delivery via e-mail is being put in place.

I've just tried again and I'm still getting the "Sorry your username
has been disabled" message.

A: Given the flak I've seen on various forums I imagine it will be
cost effective.
B: If anyone tells you it's not easily implimented arrange for them to
be fired and look for competent developers on this list. :)  There's
plenty here.
