Hi all,

I'm trying to investigate the existance of an internal Project management and 
simple CRM for my employer to keep track of internal projects, timekeeping, 
support requests and clients in general.

Each feature only needs to be simple in capacity, to the point were I think the 
support system is propably the most technical aspect of what we need. My 
employer's wishlist is as follows:

1. Handle multiple projects
2. Handle simple staff (users) info
3. Customer detail storage
4. Task breakdowns
5. Support tickets added by both staff and customers (intelligent email 
ticketing is not a must)
6. Tickets, Tasks and Projects can be assigned and linked to Staff and Customer 
records
7. Time keeping directly linked to tasks and tickets
8. Prefferably PHP. Open source is nice, but willing to pay for a solution that 
fits.

I've searched high and low, and it appears that either the available systems 
either miss one of the key requirements and specialise in one or two aspects, 
or the systems are far too much for what we require and will be too much of a 
learning curve for some staff (SugarCRM).

Any ideas would be welcome.
