Another thing I just thought of is that their mailboxes are provided as part of their hosting package, so if they cancel the hosting package then the mailboxes go away. Just changing the A record to point to the new hosting service would work, but to keep the mailboxes they would need to still pay for the Freeparking hosting package (even though they're just using the mailbox portion of it).
