I personally use "ie tester" http://www.my-debugbar.com/wiki/IETester/HomePage
it crashes ever so often, but I find it a good way to check for multiple ie versions. Thought maybe be some more experienced web developers out there who can shed some light on it. Also, I was once told that best browser to develop for initially was for Firefox as it met all the correct current standards, and then to fix for any IE anomalies. Is this still the case, what is the verdict out there ?
