Hi all, Adobe Browserlab works well for me for getting CSS right. Fortunately I also have access to a PC which runs IE6, 7 and 8 for working out JS bugs.
Lately I've found it easier / better to develop for webkit browsers first (Chrome / Safari), then fix for Firefox, IE and Opera. The webkit inspector isn't as good as Firebug, but the difference isn't enough to make development inefficient.
