Sorry the non-replay since I asked the question. In terms if the Cloud
itself we will just be hosting on someone else's solution. I think I
left the question too open, but seems to have created good
discussion.

The issues that concerns me in regards to php are primarily to do with
database interaction with unique ids, if say the Code Igniter DB API
will hold up, or if I need to approach the database differently.
Perhaps all I need is stop being so lazy and add all the database
table id unique associations in the db itself, so the ids don't matter
should instance of the Cloud be come apart (I'm no Cloud expert in any
regard). As far as I can tell with Google Search it's business as
usual and I'm worrying over nothing. Wonder if the Sessions API will
work. Guess I'll have to test it out.
