Being a Xero user, I trialled Minutedock a wee while back. Very nice integration. Bit too pricey for the odd freelance job requirement (have you dropped the prices?), but it would be a no brainer in my case if I was freelancing full time. The twitter style entries are just full of win, despite me never have used twitter before.
We use timeEdition at work. The desktop widget makes it a perfect fit across the team. Litterately 3 mouse clicks to start logging time. No accounting system integration, but exports to CSV which is then used in it's own way with a different accounting system. ----- Original Message ----- From: Jared Armstrong To: [email protected] Sent: Thursday, November 04, 2010 2:05 PM Subject: [phpug] [OT] Time tracking & Invoicing Hey guys Been following this list for a few years now, though I think my last post was a couple of years back -- moved away from PHP to Ruby ;) I am interested to know what you guys use for time-tracking and invoicing customers, and what you like about the respective product or approach? We've built a time-tracking app which hooks up with Xero, making it super easy to send your invoices through. We also do PDF/email invoicing. We're based in Wellington. If you have time, check us out at http://www.minutedock.com let me know what you think or if you have any suggestions, etc. Oh, and if you do decide to sign-up, give me an email and we'll chuck you a 15% lifetime discount :) Jared -- NZ PHP Users Group: http://groups.google.com/group/nzphpug To post, send email to [email protected] To unsubscribe, send email to [email protected] -- NZ PHP Users Group: http://groups.google.com/group/nzphpug To post, send email to [email protected] To unsubscribe, send email to [email protected]
