I found that its best to get this information yourself. I used www.copilot.com for this a lot, it is low cost if you don't want new ongoing costs and extremely easy for clients to use. I've used UltraVNC with its single click server before, but I found copilot has better "packaging" and therefore faster acceptance by the client.
