Hi Warwick, It possibly depends on what version of oscommerce you are using, but the customer email address is in the “customers” table in the field “customers_email_address”.
Not sure how you are exporting your data – through oscommerce admin interface or directly from database e.g. through phpmyadmin, but it looks like the data you have are timestamps. Possibly the time the customer was created, or the time of their last order?? Anyway, there must be a bug in the export function causing the wrong info from being pulled out. Hope that helps. I was doing an export of customers to a csv file for the owner, a friend of mine. All went well and I opened the file in excel, only to find that the email addresses of most of the customers were a 10 digit numeric followed by the @ symbol and then bestblooms.co.nz. Two examples were: 1309482115 @ bestblooms.co.nz 1321549472 @ bestblooms.co.nz NOTE: I have had to put in the spaces either side of the @, as Google Groups won't let me leave the emails addresses intact. There are thousands of these as the email addresses of the customers. Does anybody know where/how OSC converts these to the actual addresses? Just to confuse matters, the test signups that we have done over the years are actually in the correct email format. Can anybody please shed some light on how this works?
