Happy to help if I can! I don't do a lot in oscommerce anymore, so my knowledge is quite rusty! Can you confirm that the customers table has valid email addresses? If they do, you can run your own query to extract the customer email address from that table using the order table customers_id... Perhaps you allow "anonymous checkout", which could potentially generate an email address (based on timestamp and store domain name) for an order? Just a thought. Cheers
