Hi Warwick, If it is the same in the customers table, it is likely that you will never get the correct information. For whatever reason it has stored incorrect information to start with and well.... garbage in, garbage out! I'd be concerned with trying to figure out why it is storing the incorrect information and try and sort it from here on out. Is it possible to get email information from the payment processor? Possibly they capture it during payment? It will require a lot of manual comparisons, but at least you might get the info from that source. Sorry can't be much help. Good luck.
