Hi All, We've been providing DPS and PayPal as real-time credit card processing options for our clients. In the past we had used Paymex but after they had trouble (see http://lancewiggs.com/2008/10/01/paymex-is-back-but-why-would-you-trust-them/) we've not investigated the smaller providers.
I would be interested in hearing people's experiences with local (NZ based) providers of real-time credit card processing. >From our point of view the ability to receive good support from a person on a non-0900 number if required and stability of the service and the company that backs it are paramount. This has probably been covered in past years although it would be interesting to see what your fresh opinions are of the market in 2012.
