Hey guys, Our company Last Season has been going for 1 year now and is really thriving. We currently employ someone in India full time to help with development tasks. I have a BCMS and have been in the industry as a developer for 15 years, so have the skills but not the time to complete all the tasks. We are looking to employ someone part time instead of our Indian developer as we find that the language barrier and time difference costs us a lot in time.
