on second thought, the patch adds to oak-run some validators, but it does not
add the dependency to lucene&friends.
I'm a bit unclear on the scope of oak-run, it should either contain the full
validating functionality, so we should add the dependency to pom.xml or not, in
which case the patch should not be applied to this module.
