Oak 1.5.2 release plan

Hello team,

to better acommodate https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OAK-3348 I
proactively decided to postpone the release of 1.5.2 by 2 weeks to the
9th of May rather than next Monday.

Any objections please say it.
