Oak release plan 1.4.4

Hi,

Oak 1.4.4 is scheduled to release on 27th June (Monday). As always I'll
re-schedule any non-blocker unresolved issues for the next release.
Please mark any issue which needs to go into the release as a 'Blocker'.
