I'm planning to release oak-segment-tar tomorrow [1].
There is currently three open issues. OAK-2498 is mostly done. We will
bump it to the next version for the remaining work. For OAK-4138 and
OAK-4685 there is currently a patch under review.
Let me know if there is something else to consider.
