I didn't find any way via command line. Skipping the test should be
possible by re-configuring the enforce plugin under each profile. Don't
know how exactly should have a look. Easiest having a huge allowed size
defined in parent pom for example.

For now I tuned the pom so that the max. size is optionally taken from a
variable.
