Hi, I'd like to backport OAK-6953 to the maintenance branches. In some cases, it is desirable to disable a cache, which is not possible with the current CacheLIRS implementation in Oak. Instead of changing the CacheLIRS implementation, OAK-6953 uses the Guava Cache implementation when the cache size is set to zero, which immediately evicts entries when loaded.
