I plan to cut Jackrabbit Oak 1.78.0 on tomorrow.
The list of open issues scheduled for 1.78.0 is empty:

(Rant: I reviewed the commit log and set most of the issues with related
commits to "resolved" with a fixVersion of 1.78.0; this is something the
assignees of the tickets should do themselves as it is necessary for
accurate release notes.)
