Hi, I haven't used oak-run for a very long time by myself; but IIRC it creates its own repository instance (based on the provided files and configuration); that means when you have a running instance and invoke oak-run on the same repository (files), you are likely to end up with a corrupted state.
So, shutdown your instance, and then you can safely use oak-run to modify content on it. Jörg Am Fr., 26.
