## Summary `TarFiles#init()` (archive discovery, parallel reader opening, writer setup) and `TarFiles#cleanup()` (writer cycling, mark, sweep, swept-reader-list build/CAS-publish, closing superseded readers) are both multi-phase operations, but previously only logged a final result with no breakdown of where time was spent. This makes it difficult to diagnose slow startup or slow cleanup cycles in the field. Add `System.nanoTime()`-based timing around each phase of both methods and log a per-phase breakdown plus a summary line at the end of each method, formatted with `TimeDurationFormatter`. Purely additive logging — no change to control flow, locking, or return values.
