`gcSweepRefsOld` can create references and check their age in the same millisecond. GC correctly rejects equal timestamps, so the test intermittently fails with missing `avail-` output. Complete a mark-only pass and wait past its stored reference timestamp before sweeping. This changes only the test setup; existing output, deletion and recent-reference assertions remain intact. Validation: forcing an equal-timestamp cutoff on trunk reproduces the exact failure on both FileDataStore fixtures; the fixed setup passes the same experiment. With the normal clock, all 124 DataStoreCommandTest cases pass across Mongo/SegmentTar and FileDataStore/S3Mock. Jira: [OAK-12444](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OAK-12444). The same failure was previously reported in [OAK-12122](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OAK-12122), before S3Mock coverage.
