Remove registration, constructor propagation, and checks for `FT_CLASSIC_MOVE_OAK-10147`. Both move implementations and `oak.classicMove` (default `false`) remain unchanged. Move tests use the system property instead of the removed toggle, preserving their assertions. Validation: `mvn verify -pl oak-core` passes (4,772 tests, nine skipped); MoveTest passes in both modes (32 tests per mode, two existing exclusions for classic). change-reviewer completed four reviews with no findings.
