Avoid redundant work in property write preconditions: * Use the parent delegate directly for checkout checks in ``Property.setValue()`` and ``Property.remove()``, avoiding JCR wrapper creation and its primary-type lookup. * Reuse the property resolved during preconditions when executing ``Node.setProperty()`` This reduces per-call overhead. ## Tests Added Oak fixture-backed tests that detect the redundant lookups and verify persisted results.
