Attachment: OAK-388.patch
Attached a first version of a NodeTypeIndex, which leverages the existing
PropertyIndex implementation.
The PropertyIndex & NodeTypeIndex now also have cost implementations,
calculating the number of paths they will return.
Please note that the patch also includes some fixes for OAK-423. Otherwise some
JCR API query tests would fail.
