[~mreutegg] I've made the changes you requested, the are available in PRs 93
and 94.
Regarding the point about `ProviderType` - should this annotation also be
applied to `HttpDataRecordProvider` and `HttpDataRecordUpload` in the
`oak-blob-plugins` bundle?
